My office is located at 1871 North Clybourn Avenue, in the Near North Neighborhood of Chicago. Come to the main entrance on Clybourn Avenue, follow the instructions at the intercom to page Matthew R. Mills, M.D. in Suite 224. After I buzz you in, please walk up the short flight of stairs and walk past the 2nd floor art gallery.
Continue down the hallway, past the restrooms and find the waiting room on your left. Please have a seat in our comfortable waiting room and I will come to greet you at your appointment start time.

From the North:
  1. Take 90/94 East (Dan Ryan) to the North Avenue Exit.
  2. Turn left onto North Avenue and go East until you reach Clybourn Avenue.
  3. Take a sharp left (heading northwest) on Clybourn Avenue until you reach 1871 N. Clybourn Ave.
From the West:
  1. Take I-88 East to 290 East (Eisenhower Expressway).
  2. Take 290 East to 90/94 West (Kennedy Expressway).
  3. Take 90/94 West to the North Avenue Exit.
  4. Turn right onto North Avenue and go East until you reach Clybourn Avenue.
  5. Take a sharp left (heading northwest) on Clybourn Avenue until you reach 1871 N. Clybourn Ave.
From the South:
  1. Take I-55 North or I-57 North to 90/94 West (Kennedy Expressway).
  2. Take 90/94 West to the North Avenue Exit.
  3. Turn right onto North Avenue and go East until you reach Clybourn Avenue.
  4. Take a sharp left (heading northwest) on Clybourn Avenue until you reach 1871 N. Clybourn Ave.
Public Transportation
From the Red Line (CTA):
  1. Exit at the North / Clybourn Station (1599 N. Clybourn Ave).
  2. Walk 0.4 mile NW to 1871 N.Clybourn Avenue.
From the Brown Line (CTA):
  1. Exit at the Armitage Avenue Station (944 W. Armitage Ave).
  2. Walk 0.3 mile SW to 1871 N.Clybourn Avenue.

Public Parking Options
1. 'Pay For Park' option on North Clybourn Avenue directly in front of the building. 2. Also, there is non-permit street parking in the immediate area. 3. As a last resort, you may use the Jayson Home & Garden - Artists' Frame Service Parking Lot across the street. You must leave this parking lot immediately after your appointment.
